The Wellesley History & Exhibit Center is opening its doors to the community for a one-day-only free public open house. From 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, visitors are invited to explore the Center and experience its inaugural exhibition, Wellesley Through Time.
This landmark exhibition traces the history of our town through the physical places that define it, the people who have lived here, and the institutions that have both shaped and been shaped by the community. Together, these stories reflect how Wellesley’s unique identity has evolved across generations.
The newly reimagined Wellesley History & Exhibit Center is designed to be a central hub for exhibits, activities, research, and the preservation of Wellesley’s history. This open house offers the public a rare opportunity to experience the new space and its first exhibition free of charge—before regular ticketed admission begins.
Don’t miss this chance to celebrate the grand opening of the Center and be part of Wellesley’s story.
