The Tollhouse Shop

The Tollhouse Shop opened in November 2006 features antiques and gently used possessions.  Due to the generous support of Wellesley residents who both donate items and the volunteers who staff the shop, we have been successful in our venture! 

For the most part, we rely on the Wellesley residents for donations of gently used linens, china, crystal, costume jewelry, silver, silverplate, lamps, mirrors and small tables and other collectibles.  Donors receive a tax-deductible receipt for their items.

Another part of our success is because of the collabortion with Lynn Falwell and Janice Armour of "It's Your Move".  Their company helps people downsize and relocate.  The Tollhouse Shop has been the recipient of many items from their customers.

Items for sale are not from the permanent collection of the Society, but have been donated specifically for sale in the shop.

Tollhouse Shop Hours

Donations are accepted Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 1-4 p.m. at the Dadmun-McNamara House and by appointment.
